James is amazing! He has helped us with every step of the process! We appreciate his time and efforts into helping us decide colors, styles and functionality for our new kitchen!

James is absolutely the best to work with! Very creative with his cabinet design for my primary bath and maximized the use of the space. Took his time working with me Delivery Issue. Cabinets were 2 days late being delivered. Once they finally arrived, there was a misunderstanding as to the time the delivery would be at my house. My contractor ran out for an early lunch in order to be here when I thought the cabinets were to be delivered. Of course, the delivery driver arrived while he was gone. Driver called me & I told him I would call him right back after checking with my contractor. Before I could even call my contractor, the delivery driver called me back to tell me he opened my front door because it was unlocked and went inside to see if anyone was there... he entered me house

Update- 1 November 2023 Morning, I have another rod holder that has broken. This closet has literally been the worst purchase ever. Everything about this process has been terrible from the service (I don't blame the sales rep) to the product. It has actually been a full year of not having a complete closet waiting for parts. Then parts that arrive are either wrong or poor quality. The fact that they outsource everything keeps inconsistent quality and long wait times. Purchasing from Cabinets to go has been the worst experience. We purchased the Walnut Closet system in October of 2022 today is April 12th; they have yet been able to complete install. The installation crew has be been to my home 7 different times over the past 6 months each time they are missing parts or have the wrong part

James and Tina Marie were very helpful and knowledgeable, about questions concerning the cabinets my husband and I purchased.

Tina is very knowledgeable on design concepts. We told her what we envisioned and she brought it to life. So happy with the design!
