Cabinets To Go

The Designer “EXPERT” didn’t show up for our scheduled appointment so I called the showroom and she answered. She told me on the phone that it slipped her mind but she could head over within 30 minutes. When she got here I asked a few more questions (which I should’ve done on the front end) because her appearance was completely unprofessional and that’s when I learned she’d been working for them for “about a year” and had ZERO training to be a kitchen designer. Needless to say I’ll be contacting someone else.

The product itself is great but to avoid very expensive shipping costs, my husband drove two hours to pick up our closet system in Franklin, TN. Upon installing the closet system, it was noticed that the back of one shelving system was missing and the brackets to hold a rod were broken. He contacted the customer service several times. When he was finally able to speak to someone it was very difficult for them to understand the issue. It was finally agreed that the missing piece and new brackets would be mailed to our home asap to finish installing the closet system. We currently have most of our clothing sitting on our couch. After a week of waiting, nothing arrived. When he called the store again, it turns out that they decided to have the missing part shipped to their store, forcing my

Jana was helping out at this location for the week and was an excellent help to me. She made the process pretty easy and was very efficient in getting me what I needed. However, now that I have finally gotten around to installing the cabinets and discovered the toe kick which I paid $200 for was not in the order. I have left 2 voicemails and 2 emails with no response. I have call the Franklin location and was only told by the person they will pass this on. Still no answers and not very happy. It's not the loss of $200, it's the after the sale response that is a let down. A company is only worth anything based upon it's follow up help after the sale. Any time you are remodeling, building or beginning a new project it is very stressful. But, JOSH made it so much easier and offered his insight and was very friendly and so helpful.

Hi after many visits to the Cabinets to Go store in Franklin, TN we were very happy to run into Jana. She worked with myself and my husband on creating the space we desired for our laundry room. She even had suggestions that would be helpful for one area of the laundry room that will be a crafting workspace for me. Jana made the process very easy and answered all our questions along the way. Can't wait to get the cabinets :)
