From the start of Jenny's Designing, then caring demolition of old stuffs (saving our present granite tabletop), expedient shipping quality materials, then professional heartfelt dedication with orchestrated endeavors, until completion of TOTAL Kitchen renovation; Oh, my, they have done such beautiful, marvelous and perfect Cabinet works throughout the entire steps with delicate, superb & meticulous dedicated works. My wife and I purchased a new kitchen from Cabinets To Go in late 2021, with installation completed in early 2022. Although some cabinets arrived scratched and damaged, the company promptly replaced those units. One of the primary reasons we chose Cabinets To Go was their advertised transferable lifetime warranty, which we believed would offer us long-term peace of mind. However, just a few weeks ago, we experienced a significant issue when one of the cabinets fell apart—the face plate on the pull-out drawer detached entirely (see attached photos). When I contacted Cabinets To Go, Case #CASE125991 I was informed that this type of defect is not covered under their lifetime warranty and that we would be responsible for the replacement costs. Request to speak with the Supervisor was ignored.

I purchased a full kitchen from Cabinets To Go and was very happy with the price, design, quick delivery, and assembly. Because of that positive experience, I later decided to purchase a laundry room, and once again I was satisfied with the same aspects. Unfortunately, during the installation of the crown molding, we discovered a defect in the profile. The two pieces had already been cut, so returning them was not an option. To complete the installation, we had to go to a hardware store and purchase primed stock instead. I later contacted Cabinets To Go to request a refund for the defective molding they supplied. Just want to thank Pascal at Cabinets to Go in Freeport. He helped make our vision of our dream kitchen come true. From our first meeting he took time with us and created a kitchen that we could not have even imagined. After seeing the work he did to to draw up the plans we were so excited, then when the actual cabinets came in we were thrilled. He was so kind and easy to deal with. We highly recommend him and his company!

I was pleasantly surprised to see the number of in stock cabinets. I loved the color options and quality of them. Lena was so helpful. I really enjoyed working with her. I loved that I could view my kitchen design in real time on the large screen. I left with multiple price points and options to make my dream kitchen come true. Choosing Cabinet 2Go was the right option for me. It was a very pleasant experience. I would definitely recommend this location.
