Remodeling a kitchen is never an easy task, nor is it inexpensive. Cabinets to Go, Shawn the designer, and Trevor their professional installer, made our process as simple and as painless as possible. Their communication and professionalism was wonderful and although we don't plan to do another kitchen anytime soon, we'd choose them again if we did. Bad experience with Cabinets to go. If ordering from this distributor don't buy Worthington brand very poor quality, some arrived damaged. When I called to report damaged Cabinets. I was told by our sales lady Marsha Sutton thst I needed to contact Customer Support. I was very upset because when we purchased this Cabinets I didn't purchased them through customer support. I asked to speak with Manager I was transferred to Steven Wee, he told me the same thing. He wasn't much help. After going around in circles with this 2 incompetent people. I asked for the district Managers name & phone # I called him, Mr. Carmine Cappozolla wasn't much help neither. I filled a report with Customer support team they where much better and sympathetic. Bottom line is we will never ever use Cabinets to go or

This is an amazing place to shop for cabinets, vanities, closets,countertops, flooring, and accessories. They have bi-weekly promotions that always offer a deal on just about everything. All cabinets are solid wood and built to last. You can have free designs and estimates drawn up, see the whole kitchen in a 3D layout while they are designing, have them deliver and install everything, and they offer a lifetime warranty on the cabinets. It's really a one-stop shop! They showcase a lot of add-ons for the cabinets you can try out in person. The designers are very easy to work with, very knowledgeable, and you'll leave the store with your dream project design, at a great price, and complete peace of mind.

My wife and I were the first customers in the new store on their first day open. We were treated like royalty. We are waiting for our price quote and hopefully we will be using their cabinets, countertops and other accessories. Update 3/15/2022 We are still very happy with our choice of purchasing cabinet at “Cabinets to Go”. We have built the kitchen ourselves and would have been done by now if Life had had not gotten in the way. Some details, trim and a kitchen nook and table is all I have left to build.

If I could give zero I would. Multiple issues as detailed below, still no response from customer service. 10/6 purchased cabinets , signed docusign sent on 10/9. Told multiple times installed coukd fit us in the next few weeks. Had to follow up with Rod (who was fired) multiple times as we had still not received call from installer. After about a month of being told cabinets were on the next truck and we would get a call to set up white glove delivery, and multiple calls and emails inquiring , we were told that the purchase agreement was never sent so the cabinets were not ever on a truck ti be delivered. Got that fixed around 10/27, white glove delivery where we were told me so lift a finger came by himself so my husband had to leave work to come home and help. Installer showed up with hi
