What a great experience!!!! Cabinets are beautiful, they really transformed my kitchen. Mike , was so awesome ti work with, he is so helpful and made the process so easy. He helped make sure everything was in budget. Customer service was incredible as well. I highly recommend this company.

The fact that Frank Jones can out too and discussed the installation was even more helpful for us making our decision on our kitchen remodeling project. They take plenty of time with us and helped us. We can't say enough about the extra mile they took to help us and gain our trust. Give them a shot at your next kitchen and bathroom project.

Everyone at the store was fantastic to deal with! I worked with Julie and she was amazing from start to finish. Helped me get what I wanted designed into my layout and was always available to answer any questions during the whole process. I would recommend Cabinets to Go to anyone redoing their kitchen. I added some photos after cabinet install, we are now awaiting the countertop 😀😀

My experience with the Knoxville, TN location has been a nightmare from start to finish. The sales process is full of relentless pressure to buy, and once they get your money, all professionalism vanishes. I spent roughly $30,000 with them after receiving a written guarantee for a specific installation date. That date came and went with no installation, no follow-up, and no returned calls or emails. When I finally got through to their “customer care” department, I was met with rude, unhelpful representatives who showed zero concern for resolving the issue. When I asked them to stand by their written commitment, they backtracked—saying the guarantee was just an “estimate” and pointing to tiny fine print in their terms and conditions. It felt completely dishonest and misleading. Do yourse

Latest update: Cabinets to Go refuses to replace doors. But are glad to sell us replacements at our personal expense. No thank you!!!! Stay Away from CTG. Wish there was a zero star rating! Don’t buy this product, lifetime warranty isn’t any good. We bought a full kitchen cabinet set which included an apron sink cabinet. It has two doors, and after owning these cabinets for one year and a few months, they have delaminating on the top part of doors. Contacted Knoxville Tennessee store and they filed a complaint and opened a ticket. The customer service group contacted us and we provided information on cabinet with doors delaminating, with photos. See attached. Cabinets to Go are refusing to replace the two doors, say the lifetime warranty doesn’t cover the problem. Their design on kitc
