Had a wonderful experience at the Newport News location. Brenda was extremely helpful and patient helping us through the process. We appreciated her suggestions and guidance. We didn’t feel rushed and pushed through our decisions, which makes it less stressful in the remodeling process. From the moment we entered the store the staff was courteous and helpful. The lady which I am sorry I forgot her name greeted us and was helpful with the process as well. I would highly recommend this Cabinets To Go in Newport News. Thank you for all your help!

Sharell has the best personality along with her coworkers. Sharell had patience with us picking out our cabinets and she had great suggestions. Always smiling, laughing excellent customer service. Would go back to this Newport News in a heartbeat when it comes time to buy our next cabinets and we will definitely be looking for to assist us. We worked with Sharell Freeman as our kitchen design specialist, and she was an absolute pleasure to collaborate with. Sharell guided us smoothly through the entire selection process, offering insightful suggestions we hadn’t considered and confirming that some of our own ideas were on the right track. One example was our desire for a peninsula with half-depth cabinets to serve as a dining area. Since base cabinets weren’t available in that size, Sharell confirmed our idea of modifying wall cabinets by building a custom base to achieve the correct height had been successfully done in the past. Our contractor performed the modification and the result was exactly what we envisioned. We’re thrilled with the outcome and highly recommend Sharell to anyone planning a kitchen remodel!

I started this project easily a year and a half ago. Maybe two years. Brenda was very patient and never tried to push us. I’m sure at some point, she had to have wondered if we’d ever make a purchase. In every step of the way, we talked though plans as if I were going to buy right then and there. Brenda offered a lot of valuable insight as she knew I am going to install myself. She could have easily tried to impress upon me that it was a bad idea and that in really should pay them to do it (I would still do myself, though). But it was refreshing that through it all, it was obvious I was the customer and she was there to provide both a service and a product. We had an awesome experienced and will definitely come back for the next project that they deal in!
