Daniel was excellent to deal with! Very responsive and helped us continually over a couple months as we narrowed down what we needed! Would go back to him and Cabinets to go for everything we can.

I'm glad I didn't read the reviews before visiting CTG. I found them on a family member's recommendation and have been so impressed. I was about to spend significantly more money for cabinets from Lowe's which were not higher quality. Cabinets to go got me slightly larger cabinets for about 30 percent less money, and more importantly I received them in about a week as opposed to 4 weeks from lowe's. I worked on a design with Brad, the store manager and found him to be very informative, helpful and not at all pushy. There was one cabinet and a couple of trim pieces on backorder and expected soon. I don't expect any problems, given that my purchase and pickup went seamlessly but I will update if anything goes wrong with that. Overall I definitely recommend this place if you're doing a re

So far other than the quality of the cabinets it's been an awful experience. After 3 emails asking to change the cabinets to white we get the contract and it's for grey, luckily we read it. Was never told the price didn't include install or that if we paid for install the cabinets would be delivered to my house to sit. Now the installer is unresponsive. So we are 2 ½ weeks after giving CTG $8k and I have a pile of unassembled cabinets in my kitchen with no date for install. Will never use again except for maybe a small project I can do on my own. Update: CTG, specifically Gloria, has done an amazing job in responding and making every effort to correct the issues we're having. Still very displeased with the install. Great experience with the team. Ben was patience and helpful. Erika helps with a transaction when Ben was busy and Melissa helps answer some questions when Ben wasn’t there. I wasn’t sent to voicemail when I had questions and Ben wasn’t there. It’s a kitchen renovation of course there will be changes and minor problems but the team was great. Would definitely come back if I ever need another kitchen renovation.
