Cabinets To Go

My husband and I purchased cabinets at Cabinets To Go on 3231 N Freeway Industrial Loop in Tucson and we are very happy and impressed how beautiful they look!! The price was very reasonable and the quality was better than mid grade which was in our budget. Bernadette was on target with the help in deciding which cabinets would fit in our mid size kitchen. Bernadette and her team Samantha and Eric were wonderful with taking time and energy with our changing cabinet plans. We were treated so kindly. If we should ever need more cabinets or hear from a family member or friend they need cabinets I will definitely send them to the Cabinets to Go we went to for exceptional customer service. Bernadette was awesome she designed my kitchen and helped me pick out my cabinets and my granite. The entire staff is very professional and very friendly. This company offers Veterans 35 percent off but it can't be combined with any other discounts. Definitely helped cut down my cost. The cabinets are very easy to assemble if you decide to do it yourself.They offer complete installation services if you choose. I highly recommend this company and will post more pictures after the granite installation is done. Thank you Bernadette, Shawn and Peter!

Regretting having tried this route for our kitchen island. We put in our order Sept 27th, It is now December 12th. Cabinets to Go outsources the counter tops to another company. First they had to charge us 2 additional fees as they apparently did not have the calculations correct or something not even sure. One fee was for .02 (yes 2 Cents) that prevented the paperwork from going through to Xact Stone. I kept having to call to find out where we were in the process finally after weeks Xact Stone said they had our order we waited again. Finally set an installation date of December 11th with a 1 pm start and 3-4 hour window of arrival, didn't hear anything all day finally closer to 4 pm I call to see if anyone was coming out they were delayed (obviously) I get a text at almost 6 pm

First, the cabinets are fantastic! Second, Lisa is great! Third, Jesus, the store manager, said he'd do right by us and HE DID! With numerous apologies for the issues we had with the [now former] employee, Jesus went out of his way to see that the larger issue was resolved to our satisfaction. Good customer service, that's what I say. And take a look at our beautiful kitchen! I get so many compliments on the Annapolis Blue cabinets...

Working with Peter on selection & design made this project come together seamlessly. Everyone at this location were helpful and on top of my order. Highly recommend these well made and gorgeous cabinets.
