I had a great experience working with Edwin and Hope at Cabinets-To-Go in Woburn while designing my new kitchen. They were incredibly patient through multiple revisions and always came to the table with innovative solutions to make the layout work better. Their focus on creating a functional cooking space and thoughtful workflow really showed in the final design. Excellent customer service from start to finish. I would absolutely recommend working with them if you’re planning a kitchen renovation!

The first time I walked into the Cabinets To Go, and met Nate, I thought he was one of the nicest people I've encountered in a showroom setting. Most of the sales people you come across are only interested in making a sale, more so than finding the right solution for you. We were starting our kitchen project from a blank slate intending to renovate the existing kitchen space. We had a house with multiple small first level rooms - and planned to remove walls in order to create an open concept kitchen and living room. It took us some time to decide how we wanted the space to function and we went through several concepts before arriving at the final plan. Nate is the best around - We had such a great experience and he has been nothing but helpful. He helped us get beautiful kitchen island cabinets. We went back and forth because of my indecisiveness and Nate was nothing but patient. Weeks later, after we still have questions since we were in middle of construction, he is still helping us without hesitation. Also had to go through warranty because of our construction team, and it literally took 2 days to get replaced. I can't recommend him and Cabinets to Go Woburn location enough! I want to give a 0 star because that what they Deserve I pay $24,000 for a trash the worst customer service I have in my life very poor customer service I worked with Ed . He makes A lots of mistakes. Their costumer service is just TERRIBLE and the quality of the product very POOR. I ordered my kitchen since September And When I receive it most of the cabinet are damage and I called the customer service for replacement and I had to travel to the warehouse for one hour driving I opened the box in front of the manager in the warehouse all the replacement are wrong and more damage than the first one When I called the customer service again to complain about that they said sorry we’re going to replace the parts it for you .and you will receive in 3 days what Misson.
