Highly recommend Austin Udall and his team. He is very knowledgeable and taught me and my husband so much about our well and any recommendations we were worried about when our well pump went out. He got out the same day we called them which is pretty rare for the mountain. He came back on a weekend to fix a plumbing issue we had and is just a great, kind guy.

Our well water pressure started to fluctuate and the pump would randomly shut down. Not knowing what was going on we called Austin. He sent out an employee to troubleshoot the system and it was quickly determined that our pump was bad. His employee mentioned that Austin had drilled his well and he was very impressed with Austin’s work ethic; so much in fact that he decided he wanted to work for him. (I mention this because it says a great deal about Austin and his company) Within a few days we had a new pump and motor. Austin runs a quality crew, is very knowledgeable and is one hell of an impressive businessman. One last point worth mentioning here: The day scheduled for the pump to be installed had bad weather forecasted that evening. That afternoon Austin showed up as the weather

Austin and his crew just finished up a big remodel of our well, pressure pumps and all the lines running from the well to the tank to the house. They did a great job. Were on time and worked long days to get it done with as little disruption to us as possible. Would definitely use them again.

Austin came recommend to us by a company which sells well and water tank equipment. His service, pricing and knowledge were excellent. I would use him/them again if I had the need and would, and do. recommend him in an instant. We live in a different state so his work was based fully on the Trust Factor. I don't know the details behind what I read as a negative review (I do my homework) but given his honesty with us maybe there is something more to the back story? I do know that he built in an extra-parts cost in his estimate in case he ran into issues. He did not.... and hence the final bill was less. Given we were not there he could have kept some or all of it and we would never know. He did not. He reduced the final bill AND used his personal account to prepay our water deliver

I want to leave a review for udall well service and drilling,my time with these guys was incredible I really enjoyed watching Casper and Zane work together these guys are like a well oiled machine they work so well together it’s a joy to watch them. Not everything went as expected but they kept me informed every step of the way, they were very conscious of keeping everything in ck around the drill area since it was so close to the house , I can’t thank them enough for all that they did even Austin went to get his guys dinner and he brought it back for me too. Austin himself is a very knowledgeable person when it comes to wells and all that goes with them.
