Horrible customer service. Ghosted multiple times by the owner/this company. Constantly have to follow up with him - phone call and text. Finally was able to get someone to come out after multiple follow ups. Then, nothing... Followed up multiple times for my quote since January 17th and have been purposely ignored. Very unprofessional. This is why small businesses go out of business, because they don't know how to be professional and provide decent customer service. Too bad, as I have more work beyond just the 4 projects I called ya out for. Could have been a great customer for you. Good luck running your business like this.

Chase and John came out to do perc testing on our land. They were prompt and professional. They went above and beyond, they poked way more holes than other companies were willing to do to get us a septic system approval. They were more than fair in their pricing and even moved some branches to our burn pile! I would highly recommend this company for all your septic and plumbing needs!

Mike was a very nice guy, did a wonderful job, was very fast,friendly, courteous and professional. He explained everything he was doing, the only bad thing I experienced from this whole thing was that when shopping around you might want to choose a by the hour tech instead of a flat fee, several techs said it would take 2 to 3 hours to replace our tank, Mike had ours done in just under a hour and a half, but I was still charged the full flat fee, this said if i had gone with a by the hour I would have saved some money. (which is my own fault) but other than that. Under pressure plumbing is a good company

Mike was awesome, he replaced our water heater in no time flat and did it within 2 hours start to finish from our call. He did a great job redoing the existing plumbing, and was very nice as well.

The plumber was so personable and honest. He got our job done quickly and was the best price among all the plumbers I checked with. We will definitely use this company again!
