Cal-Pac Roofing

I had an old concrete tile roof that was at the end of its life. Looking through roof options I came across Cal-Pac. I loved the idea of a stone coated steel roof, the benefits that it offers compares to a standard asphalt roof makes it a no brainer. Tom the owner was super friendly and quick to respond to answer any questions, and wasn't pushy at all. When the work started, their crew showed up on time everyday and always performed their work in a clean professional matter. Their workers really took their time to make sure the finished product looks as if it was their own house. It took around 5 days from start to finish and the whole process was a breeze. We had a wooden shake roof that needed to be replaced. After studying various roofing materials like asphalt, Davinci Rubber and stone coated metal, we went with the last choice. Stone coated metal offers a good look, proven reliability, longevity and fire proof. There are not alot of stone coated metal roof installers here in the south bay, and we compared most of them. Cal-Pac offered a good deal plus their history/experience was enough for us to choose them. Tom, the owner, was friendly, honest and informative. His crew of 3 did a great job. It took about 6 days and they did a good clean up job also. His employees were friendly and respectful. The final look is outstanding, almost like a new home.
