Grateful for these good people. They have done work for us in Ducktown, Tennessee several times over the last 40 years. Always prompt and always knowledgeable This past Wednesday, Ben and Alex arrived early, diagnosed our problem and took care of it immediately. They also found that our whole house filter had been installed in the wrong place and took care of that. If I have problems with my well again, they will be the first people I call. It’s good to have clean running water again. And their dog is adorable.

After 35 year, our well quit working last weekend. We contacted Calfee & Sons on Saturday they came right out. The technician determined the issue, pulled the pump and restored service within 4 hours. The technician, Ben Calfee, was professional, courteous, and highly knowledgeable. He quickly determined the wiring to the pump had deteriorated over time. He clearly explained the repair process before starting any work. He recommended replacing the pump motor due to it's age and condition. The repair was completed efficiently, and my water was back up and running in no time! He took the time to test the system thoroughly and clean up the work area perfectly before leaving. It's rare to find such reliable, honest, and skilled service these days. Had an issue with the well not working right. Called these guys on Sunday, got a callback on Sunday and scheduled for Monday. Arrived exactly when they said they would and got right to it. Took less than an hour to diagnose that I've been replacing the switch with the wrong one the last few times I've replaced it and put the right one on. Really competitive price too! Awesome group, will use again if I'm ever in need.

Totally without water, we called and they were here in a little bit over an hour!! They were very thorough. Ours is an old well and pump not easy to get to. We had a new pump motor installed, updated pressure tank in 4 hrs.

I 1,000% recommend them to anyone ever needing service. I called late one evening and left a voicemail and got a call back the very next morning and got told they could come help us that day! After trying Mills well company (who initially put our well in) and got HORRIBLE service from it was such a huge relief to get two AMAZING guys out here. They came from over an hour away to our house. They were knowledgable and personable. They explained everything that needed to be done and did it no problem!
