Long hold, call goes to somewhere in the planet, not to the store. Hard to setup appointment, hard to work on appointment scheduling , since they can't communicate anyone in store. Customer support is rogue . Very difficult to work with. Good luck

Caliber Collision is first-class business. They are knowledgeable with a friendly staff. Kept informed of repair progress with daily text messages & pictures. I recently had the pleasure of entrusting my Cadillac truck to Caliber Collision of Forest Park, and I must say, it was an outstanding experience from start to finish. Every aspect of the process was provided via text message with photos and constant updates. They even took the time to inspect other things and replace the battery as well. The entire staff from the receptionist to Geico rental was excellent and friendly. I didn't even have to go to the rental place they brung the rental to the shop. This was A1 service. The quality of workmanship to get my truck looking new again had me blown away. I would highly recommend this place especially if you want to stay in the loop of what's going on with your vehicle and know that its not just sitting up somewhere. OUTSTANDING!

Caliber Glass in Park Forest, IL is a terrible company. Had a crack in my windshield, notified State Farm and they provided me with this vendor. They set up the appointment for today (10/21/24) and to be there between 8:30-9am. While on the way, they called and asked me to bring the car between 12:30-1p. When on the way again, they called again and said it’s best to bring it at 2:30p. The vehicle was dropped off at 2:30p and I had to get a ride while they worked on it. Came back at 4:30p and the vehicle wasn’t even looked at…. Spoke with Caliber employee at 4:30p and he said they could do it now but would have to wait until 6p. Completely wasted the entire day… Would not recommend Caliber Glass to anyone, don’t know what they’re doing and not professional. Stay away unless you have time to
