From the moment I spoke to Michelle when I first called Chicago Pests I’ve had the best experience! She is so kind and made me feel like I was in the best hands. Our exterminator Jalen was very thorough in explaining the whole process to us and was very patient with my a million and one questions as we had never had to exterminate before. He answered every single one of my questions and provided excellent service as well. I’m very happy that we went with Chicago Pests and will recommend them to everyone.

Keith came to my house today & went above & beyond in helping to rid us of a wasp infestation. He was kind, patient & extremely professional. We really appreciated all that he did. Michelle was also great! Thank you & we would highly recommend your company to anyone.

The young man was very polite. He called to give me his ETA and then he asked for my help locating my exact mobile home. He was very respectful of the inside of my home while he was spraying the insecticide around the base boards. He was finished in no time at all.
