Communication after purchase left a lot to be desired. One email weeks before telling us what would happen but no confirmation or courtesy text or email the day before install. I had to reach out to inquire about their contractor who we paid extra for existing closet removal. Same with install. Guy was nice and respectful but did not communicate about arrival or departure times. Day 2 I asked if they would be finished by 2 pm so I could go to an appointment and they could have if they had planned better— but they didn’t have enough material so they had to wait for someone to bring the additional material and this added 30 minutes and caused me to miss my appointment.
