We’ve used Crown Restoration & Plumbing twice for two different projects and they were AMAZING! I can be hard to work with due to my constant need for updates, but they guided me through every process thoroughly and they were HONEST! I’d give them 100 stars if I could. Shout out to Cindy! I can't thank Crown Restoration enough for their amazing work helping me with a water leak in my kitchen. They were able to send someone out the very same day to give me an estimate. This was my first time dealing with water damage in my home, and it is stressful to say the least! Nate spent a significant amount of time with me helping me to understand the process of what happens next, answering my questions, providing me an estimate, and was even able to begin the project the next day. He was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. The team got the demo done in a day and had great communication as they checked back daily on the progress of the drying. This company does a great job taking care of their customers when it matters most. Would highly recommend!

Nate from Crown Restoration came out and met with me and my son in law to check our house. Nate was very professional and actually talked to us about our issue and did not try and take advantage of us. Not many companies like this today! Merry Christmas! Here is a frozen pipe in your wall, and water damage to the walls and floor! Tom was extremely professional and motivated to help us! Tom was extremely passionate but also very patient as he explained the entire mitigation and restoration process to us. This was a very stressful situation and he help us to not worry about the process or outcome. He was always on time and kept to his schedule with us. The removal process was quick and efficient, and his crew cleaned up throughly after themselves. I was very happy with the level of service I received from Tom, and Crown Restoration 👑!
