Our HOA has worked with Rob Rosen and California Coast Builders on several projects over the years and highly recommend them. On the basics, they arrive when they say they are going to arrive, do what they say they're going to do and finish the job on schedule or earlier and always clean up the job site at the end of each day. When finished they leave the site looking far cleaner than when they began. Rob's teams are extremely professional and knowledgeable and pleasant to have around. Their work ethic is impressive, too.
