Folks, if you can go another route, please do so. I worked with them because that's what they work with at Home Depot if you buy your stuff from them. first at all It took one week just for the guy to take measurements and to make sure my cabinets were leveled, then it took another week for them to call me back and let me know when the install was going to be. They set the install for 2 weeks after that, so the whole time was over about a month. So unless you have no rush or you don't mind working with a company with no sense of urgency maybe it will be okay for you. Cesar

We worked with California Crafted Marble because they were one of the most affordable places to purchase a countertop remnant for our bathroom remodel. (Their minimum was $500, I believe, compared to other places with a $1,000 minimum.) Everyone we worked with was very nice, but-- with the exception of Nina, the front desk lady-- there was sloppiness at every stage. We had to go through multiple drafts of the remnant specifications before they finally got our details correct, and then the first version was still the wrong size. (That was frustrating!) They also got our accounting wrong and we had to ask for a second version there. However, they were always good about making things right and didn't charge us to do the second counter piece. I would never do business with this company. They have shown a complete lack of integrity and honesty. As a veteran who served my country for over 30 years, I never expected to be treated with such disrespect. When one of their drivers hit my car with his company vehicle, not only did he deny it, but the company and their insurance provider also denied my claim. Now, I’m left with a $1,500 repair bill for damage their company caused to my new car. They manipulated the system and got away with it. This company’s willingness to cover up their mistakes, rather than take responsibility, is disgraceful. I will never do business with this company, and I will make sure everyone I know stays far away from a business more interested in protecting their image than doing the right thing. Shameful.

We really do love our counter tops! The installers were friendly and very professional. I have told alot about my friends about their work. I wouldn't think twice about having them install more countertops in our home. The gal that helped us in the show room was very knowledgeable of the products they sell. The ending product is of show room quality.

Really enjoyed working with this company. From start to finish professional kind and attentive. The installers were amazingly clean, really professional in the space of my home and the finish product was TOP NOTCH! I wish I had more things to cover with quarts! I can’t say enough nice words about how easy this was. Being that they are the finish piece their skill is the most important. Really pleased!
