Hired this company to refinish our cherry wood front door on October 6th, 2025. Work was supposed to start at 9am. The team arrived several hours late. They were very nice and started the work soon after everyone arrived. They took the door off and did most of the work in our driveway. They worked hard and finally finished the sanding of the door sidelights in the late afternoon. The last couple of hours of work were done in the dark. They were not prepared for that, and we had to loan them lighting to light up their work space. I believe the lack of light contributed to the uneven finish and haste to finish the job and etching of the sidelight glass from the sander.
