I didn't experience their key services, but their customer service is amazing! They didn't have the software to program my Range Rover key. Instead of telling me that only a dealer can do it, Erika referred me to another local locksmith who was able to which was awesome and appreciated!

The initial service I requested was very well priced compared to competitors. AND they completed a custom repair that was identified after the safe was opened,, which called for an additional visit to the site and 3.5 hours of work,, and they did so without increasing my cost. The work was top knotch, detailed and precise. They also allowed me to watch every step, help make decisions, and educate me throughout the process. One of the best experiences I've ever had with any paid for service. Again, amazing people and amazing locksmith service,, highly recommended.

These good people provided my family with the best lockout experience ever. Not only did they regain access to our property, they also informed us of how to secure the doors in the best way, and provided us with extra complimentary keys. And all of this was done on a very short notice (30mins before closing time). Amazing.

Called regarding fixing 2 patio locks. Gave a very reasonable quote for a new locks. Plus would key to match other locks. They were able to fix the locks and adjusted the price accordingly. Very professional and polite. Definitely will use them again and will let friends know as well.
