Septic Control did a very nice job from start to finish. If you live in Phelan, Pinon Hills, or Wrightwood definitely give these guys a call. They are a small family business and they are very nice folks. I had my septic system pumped and it took them less than an hour. They were on time, polite, kind, and efficient. Also, they speak Spanish which may be helpful for a lot of people. These folks were clean too. They didn’t make a mess and they were fun to chat with while they were pumping everything out. They rinsed the tank clean, literally! Very nice job! I really appreciate a local small business that does a great job!!!! Thanks and I’ll be using you next time!

We had a very good experience with Septic Control. They were very responsive and professional. We needed our septic tank pumped out, and they came right on time. Manny (the technician) was very informative, fast, and professional. They made the whole job very simple and easy. Highly recommended, I will definitely use this company again in the future!

2 times no call, no show. Very rude and unprofessional and on top of all that not even an apology!!!! I don't get it. First time I called for prices they were nice and seemed very helpful. When I finally called them for a service on my porta potty I also asked about getting replacement vents. I asked if they had any I could purchase. He said he would have to check and see if they were available for my unit. I told him I knew they were because I had tried to order but the shipping they were going to charge me was twice as much as my order and I was hoping they may have some in stock. He scheduled a service day with no mention of the vents. I asked if I should talk to the tech icon when he came out and he was extremely rude and said obviously i didn't want to pay for it so why bother. The da

Tried to hire this company and they didn’t show up for scheduled time, they then set up an appointment for 8 am and never showed up. Called them and they said 9:30 but still never showed up and are not answering their phones. Claimed they needed chains yet it was sprinkling not snowing when they should have been here. Not to mention I already dug out the hole and had the tank ready for them to pump. 100% do not recommend this unprofessional business.
