Nick is the owner of California Roof Runners, which was one of the reasons I went with the company. He did not leave any questions unanswered while he presented to me during the introduction in a very visual manner with shingle samples to see and touch and then via email and text the same day answering my follow-up questions. I felt it was an honor and privilege that he himself took care of our private home. The project itself was executed very smoothly with easy transitions in between the different steps. He used a drone during the intro visit to show me exactly the condition of the roof and gutters, texted me the link to keep right away. So I could also see the condition of the gutters and decided to replace them. The crew was hard-working, knowledgeable and humble, just pleasant to have
