Very pleased with my clean carpets! They smell and feel great and look very clean! Víctor and his wife were very professional, offered me a fair price for deep cleaning and went above and beyond to meet my budget & even sprayed my carpets with a top coat carpet protector! I saw a great deal from California Steam Team and had to jump on it. Victor was easy to communicate with and they did a great job on our three rooms. We have pets and there were some dark areas on our carpet from where they sleep and they look brand new now! Will for sure be using them again.

I am moving out and had scheduled another company. They came out and were trying to charge me NOT double but quadruple the advertised price (no exaggeration) needless to say I did not go with that company. Victor and his team (California Steam Team) were a referral from another company I have used for years that are no longer servicing carpets. I called Victor. He sounded confident and most importantly he was ready to work. Said he could be there in an hour and he was. He came ready to work and did an AMAZING job at a very affordable price. I will definitely call the California Steam Team again.
