I purchased quartz here and George sold me on the installer, told me that he's worked with the guy for 15+ years and he was great. LIES! Installer was a kid (probably 23 years old) and his dad (who just helped move and carry the quartz). They only spoke spanish, which is fine, but George should have made sure there was clear communication between us. My husband speaks Spanish and spoke to the installer who told him he's only been doing installs for 3 years! FUNNY because George said 15+ years, but we already knew he was lying as soon as we saw the installer (unless he was doing installs when he was 10 years old). Pretty sure they did not even have a contractor's license to install. They didn't ask us where we wanted seams and took it upon theirselves to put them where they thought was best

Super friendly staff! The front office person was polite and referred me to George who was great! He helped recommend many countertops for my house and I never felt rushed or forced to purchase. Gave me a great price to boot. Highly recommend!

Reasonable pricing for material and installation. Good selection of countertops. George was very helpful and responsive to questions, schedule, and issues. Efrian (installer) did a great job with installation. Cut countertop on site and ensured proper fit.

Scam and fraud artist. From the owner Bee hu and George the sale rep. Be aware California Stone in Chino is another one of their fraudulent businesses. They will leave things out of invoices charge you without your knowledge and take zero ownership. I filed a police report and will be taking legal actions as well!
