Call Dad

Matt and Robert arrived promptly at 9:00 AM, as we were told they would. They introduced themselves and wasted no time getting to work. Our system was very old, an inside furnace and an outside central air unit. Matt and Robert unfortunately ran into some unexpected issues after they removed our old units. They never once complained! They were prompt to figure out a solution to accommodate the installation of our new heating and air system. They are truly two of the hardest workers! They kept us informed of everything during the installation! They were both very professional and knew exactly what they were doing! They had a very long work day, arriving at 9:00 AM and not leaving until 8:30 PM. They made sure everything was working correctly before they left! I felt so bad after they worked

Got my first “Family First” maintenance done today, I was setup with Technician; James Magana for my Plumbing Maintenance. He knocked on the door politely, used his shoe covers and gave me a heads up of how the plan works and what’s being checked Bi-Annually, he did go to maintain and do a hot water heater flush but to my surprise a local different plumbing company in Sumter I had install the hot water heater 2 years ago did not install it correctly. James quoted me on a price to install service ports and service valves as well as a vent system to my tankless hot water heater to correct what a local company failed to install, he performed the repair in good timing and was able to flush the system the following day allowing a training technician to give a hand and learn.
