Call The Plumber

Very helpful and quick to respond late at night during a holiday emergency. In the end he didn't need to come because the problem fixed itself, but he still graciously provided help and advice over the phone. Thanks so much!

This was a new water line from the road into the property. A 42" deep trench was dug, a plastic pipe was installed, and the earth was back filled. When the weather turned colder, around November 1st, 80% of the trench collapsed 6"-8". Since a lot of leaves had been falling, I only noticed all of the dropped soil along the trench line when I tripped in one spot. Call The Plumber said that he was going to mound up the soil when he back filled, but he never did that part. Since we didn't want anyone else tripping and/or falling, our mason contractor sent a crew the next morning to correct the situation. These men, using a Bobcat skid steer loader, worked for 1 1/2 hours to fill in the entire trench.

Tom is totally unresponsive and unreliable. He takes the call, says he will text you back with details and quote but never emails or texts back. Thankfully found another local plumber who could help on a short notice. Don’t waste your time with this company!!

I just moved to the area and needed a plumber for my tankless water heater. I was only getting cold water. After going through PSEG who had no experience working with my unit, and 3 plumbers that never even showed, I found Tom. He is a godsend. Once I explained the issue and the unit he scheduled an appt and came on time. He was thorough and knowledgeable. After figuring out the issue he ordered the part and once it came he fixed my water heater within an hour. Other than being good at his job he’s just an all around nice guy. He gave me advice on being a new home owner and told me about the stores and restaurants in the area. He’s really affordable and I would recommend him to anyone. In all I am so glad I found him and would only use him for any of my plumbing needs.
