One of my range burners wasn't burning, so I booked a range burner repair. The repairman replaced the faulty coil and serviced all remaining burners. Working great now—Very satisfied!

I spoke with a representative named Kim on 1/25/26 at approx 1:00 pm. She stated that a technician would be at our home on 1/26/26 between 2-5 pm and that the tech would call 30 minutes before arrival. After leaving work early and waiting until almost 5 pm, and there was no tech, I called this company back. At that time, I was told the appointment was never booked. That's unacceptable and terrible customer service.

I was impressed with how promptly the service was provided when one of our oven burners stopped working during a family gathering. A professional technician was at my doorstep within twenty-four hours and repaired it skillfully.

A nice company that would service our Viking was discovered. The burner problem is about to be resolved by the arrival of the technician. I will be glad to witness the speed with which they will solve it.
