Calvert Comfort Heating & Cooling

I signed up for Calvert's $15.95 monthly fee maintenance program. They are suppose to provide maintenance service every year. They have not done this for the past two years! I've called the office 5x talked to multiple people to get reimbursed for paying for services not rendered with no result. I've asked to speak to the manager and suppose to call me back but has not. I am the customer and it's their responsibility to reach out and schedule an appointment. They do no care about customers. To Calvert Management/Owner make this right!

Offered a price via email for service, then increased it by $75 due to error on their part. After working with my attorney they dropped the $120 charge for someone to come out and just look at the unit, not do any work. Do not recommend.

I had a new hvac system installed June 2020. Started to have issues with the company as soon as I signed the contract. Never had mold in my house, now I do, Technicians place the air conditioner in wrong location and had to "justify" my reason to have it placed in the location I wanted placed in the first place to the sales representative ( Kevin ), technicians made an approximately 6 by 8 rectangle hole in the wall in an attempt to install a thermostat, they left a space in condensation line in basement, water reservoir drain tube drains into the foundation. Company refuses to acknowledge any wrong doing when it comes to the mold. Company did not receive permit aporval from the NCC for the installation.
