Calvert review Leon the contract manager is great and he came out to inspect my system free to make sure if my HVAC would be in good shape to sign up a yearly maintenance plan. He found out my system needed a service first. I was happy to work with him and would sign up a maintenance plan afterwards!! But badly, it ended as one time deal without maintenance plan afterwards! Why? Because the company’s billing is not honest. First I was told by Leon and later signed a service contract through email which stated labor $165 / per hour (minimum one hour + driving time 30mns) + material fee The repaired time was 1.5 hours , but technician would not give me an invoice bill with repair time after service done. Had a service appointment today...all around great customer service. From Alexi the Dispatcher to Dan and his helper the Service guys to Connie in billing great customer service. Only time I've have repair work done and the office calls to say they can come an hour earlier.Amazing!!! Would def recommend and use again.

Salesmen are highly unprofessional, office personnel is rude and standoffish, absolutely could not wait to get me off the line. Older electrician made some very inappropriate remarks throughout the duration of the job, the other guy with him spent nearly all the day lounging around in his vehicle. Charged 4.5 hours for a job that was done in 30 minutes. Crooks.
