Calvetta Bros. Floor Show - Westlake, OH

Walked into their storefront and greeted with tons of samples. It's a good and bad thing, because we really didn't know where to begin and felt a bit overwhelmed. The staff was nice and helpful. We had them install some carpeting at a rental and they did a fine job. Good enough. Much better than our last experience with a different flooring company not too far away.

We cannot say enough about how pleased we are with Calvetta Brothers Floors. From material selection, measuring and estimating, installation and follow-up on a few installation matters, they were terrific. We will definitely use them whenever needed in the future. Our installation was done professionally and quickly. However, we would have liked some additional variation how certain planks were installed so that the knotholes etc. would not be lined up in one area. We debated whether to call Calvetta to see what could be done because the installation was well done. We did contact them and they were TERRIFIC. Our installers, Mark T. and team are highly recommended. They installed CoreTec flooring in our den on Dec. 22, 2025. Mark and partner were professional and knowledgable about removing and installing the flooring. They handled our furniture with care and were friendly, and gave us white glove service. We had carpet installed a few years ago and had to have them come back out immediately because while one worker was installing the carpet and other one was taking carpet and wooden tacks off our stairs, pieces of wood and nails got covered up under the carpet. They tried to say it was the padding that needed to settle .... But I was stepping on nails. So they humored me and pulled the carpet back to find wood and nails. We also had to stop them before they left because they carpeted over our floor heat register and our floor fireplace gas shutoff valve. And to top it off ... We had to pay 360.00 dollars to have the value replaced because it was jammed with wood dust and wood chips. I would never recommend them to anyone

We used Calvetta Brothers for our kitchen wall tile and I will use them for every home renovation project going forward. Michelle was incredible to work with and anticipated what we wanted without us being able to articulate it. Our tile was hung perfectly and they consulted with us before they began to confirm our preferences. Easy to communicate with, responsive, professional, and well priced. They even cleaned up so well I couldn't tell they were in the house. High marks all around.
