Heather at Cambria Gallery embodies all that customer service should be! She is an amazing ambassador for Cambria and should be teaching a master class in customer service! It's so easy to stand out above the competition (although Cambria has no real competition) when you provide the exceptional customer service that Heather does!!

We were looking to update our kitchen and wanted quality counter tops. After looking at different brands and styles, we decided on Cambria quartz countertops. We went to the showroom and were shown a number of options and styles. They even offered to let us take some sample sizes home to help during our decision-making process. We enjoyed the process from beginning to end. Everyone we interacted with was professional and courteous, from the sales rep to the installers. One point to note, it would be helpful if you provided an email with a list of things to prepare for before the installers come. Like, disconnect the cooktop or disconnect the sink. The scheduler should know what the customer is having done, so they should be able to customize an email like this. Just a thought. Otherwise,

I've been using Cambria on multiple projects of mine over the last 5 years. They have the best quartz available and the install teams are phenomenal. I highly recommend using Cambria home.

Heather Holton really understands the importance and has the knowledge and attention to detail necessary in creating custom and timeless design, especially finishes, cohesion, harmony and design, what is current, what is not and how that all flows together. I really appreciated her vast amount of knowledge she shared with me and her awareness in details that really matter to make a space feel it's best. She was fun and smart and i had a wonderful experience, recommend her 10 out 10 for your next project coordinator. She gets it and understand your needs and helped me navigate when I didnt really know how to accomplish what I was trying to create.

If you care about customer service, I can't recommend it. The installers just eyeballed the install, and our kitchen island was crooked. They did come back and fix it, but the lighting over the island is now crooked as a consequence of their mistake. We're not fixing that since we'd have to patch the ceiling. The wait for the install was really slow. Took almost a month just for the countertops. Two weeks for the backsplash after that. The communication was horrible too. I had to call in to Cambria several times to get an answer on whether they would fix it. This was after they sent out an independent guy who agreed with us that the island was off. The installer was low key arguing with me whether it was a problem. And it took them less than 15 minutes to fix. Strange. Our contractors w
