Spoke with Rebekah and she really went out of her way to answer all of our questions from design preferences, to details on support needed for overhangs, etc. She was patient and super informative. I appreciate that they had full slabs to see and touch. Felt like we were making the right decisions not only in terms of product, but also customer care. Overall it was a great experience.
I would not recommend ANY Cambria product. About six months after we spent a fortune on this counter top it cracked while I was using a griddle to make pancakes about 3" off the countertop. This crack is about 5 feet total down our water fall and across the top.They have done nothing for us except send there person out who spends a long time looking at it and really doing nothing. I'm sure if this happened to one of them they would do more than they are for us. Very very disappointed. This main part of my kitchen doesn't bring me any joy and will probably bring down the value of our home.
It was our first time to the showroom and we were super educated by Jenn, who was a wonderful teacher. She was patient, very knowledegeable, and had some great ideas. We will be back shortly to order the several slabs we need.
Super helpful team. I spent an hour pacing back and forth and they stayed patient the whole time.
Very helpful staff. Nice quality product.
