Camel Technologies, LLC

I have heard Good things about Camel technologies in Charleston for years, I saw one of their vans Gassing up at a local station recently and stopped to ask the gentleman a few questions. He answered every question I asked, and was knowledgeable kind and respectful. I am not very good at remembering names but I think the gentleman‘s name was Jeff. I will be calling Camel technologies very soon to Have security cameras installed inside and outside of my house. It was because of Jeff’s professional attitude towards me and his personal faith that I am writing this review .

Not sure why this listing, or ANY OF THE LOCKSMITHS in the Charleston WV area are listed as '24 hour or emergency residential service"...NONE of the businesses could help after hours. This was one of 12 we called the night I had an emergency and needed in my home. I had been staying out of town due to my dad's passing. I come home to realize my keys were lost, my cats locked inside without food and/or water, and there was no way in...which is an emergency. I have a friend that works for this company and lives less than a block from it, so of course this was my first choice, I though for sure with their ad and the good things I have heard about Ron the owner...that they would be able to help, at least they were one of the few to answer the phone. When I called, an employee answered promptly and connected me to a locksmith who understood my problem. The locksmith(s) arrived at my home the next morning, diagnosed and explained the problem(s), and promptly made all necessary repairs. Excellent service.

We have used Camel for lock and alarm work and they are AWESOME! They are fast, knowledgeable and can help with any security problem I have run into.

Charged $200+ for a service call and did not fix issue.
