Jeremy has been here for several issues over past 3 years- we don’t usually like to post anything, but he has always been very professional, provided explanation about the job, the cost of materials & time, does the best work each & every time, & on top of everything else- never leaves a mess! So, I am posting this review & would give him 10 stars if we could!

They charged our ministry $685 and did not fix anything. After the second day with two technicians, they said that my 35 year old unit needed replaced and could not be repaired. I believe if this is the case they could have said this immediately and not wasted a bunch of time to run up a bill.

Seriously , worst company ever. They tried to charge me 5 thousand dollars for a job they never even showed up to. I guess they were kind enough to bring it down to 1400 and fixed one out of two ice machines after I repeatedly called for over a month. The machine worked for 2 days by the way. Said they replaced all of the parts , couldn’t see a single thing changed. Never use them.

I have used this company several tumes fir my business and my home. They are very professional and courteous. I highly recommend them for HVAC or plumbing. Very satisfied!!!

Jeremy was very professional and did everything he could to get my water back on. (Frozen pipes). Come to find out today it was on the water companies side. Hate the water company but thank you for all you did Jeremy.
