I can’t tell you how impressed I am with Brian’s customer service skills. I was looking for a locally owned (so many companies out there that are national chains or are shell companies that are only used to to subcontract their work) and found Camelback grease online. Not only are his rates extremely reasonable (others have to jack up their rates because they have to subcontract it out and still make money) but his work is flawless. We needed to have someone come out right away as we had issues scheduling a service with a previous company and had an inspection pending. He came out the very next day and took care of us. Finally found these guys on google local family own business just like myshelf. I have been looking for these type of service for while since A-1 grease trap service got bought out by big company serveral years ago. Easy to deal with less bullshit and none of those stupid fee charges up the rear end that i have to deal with big company that serviced my business before ! The tech dropped everything he had to come help me with an overflow issue in my kitchen. He is always on time and willing to help. He is very friendly and knows exactly what he is doing. He will be helping us with all our grease trap needs
