Just purchased a house in Aldie and ex-owner highly recommended Campbell. I really understand why he specifically mentioned about them. They are very professional . Owner is so responsive and reachable. He answered all my questions even on Sunday. His crew very kind, caring and do great job. Recommend to everyone.

Overall I was not happy with the services I received. I feel like the only concern was about getting paid. I canceled my services because of how badly my lawn looked and was sent my final invoice, but instead of waiting the 15 days like the invoice states I would have, they charged my card 2 hours after sending the invoice. Lawn: I constantly had to ask for them not to cut my lawn when it was wet, and that was rarely honored. My lawn ended up getting infected and was browning and I had to call them to address it even though they were at my house literally every single week. I had huge dirt patches that weren’t fixed until I made a huge fuss about it after the second time. They eventually laid sod and a bulk of it was dead on arrival. Campbell scheduling was easy and communication was fantastic. They helped me figure out a solution for my yard and the price was fair. When they arrived an entire team came to replace sod and completed in just a few hours. Payment was also done later. I had questions when they installed sod and they responded right away. Then they provided instructions on lawn care afterwards. Everything was about customer service and not payment so I felt my lawn needs were addressed. Would recommend and also inquiring on other parts of my lawn that are patchy so I am going back to Campbell for more! Thank you. Great customer service and communication!

There services hve berm notch lawn was always cut, weeds aren't an issue any longer and the grass was greener right after there turf care was started. Would also like to include there commercial snow removal process was easy and done in a timely manner nvr had any issue with ice or unwanted snow. Would highly recommend Campbell's to anyone that ask for a lawn care company or for snow removal. 5 stars all day there office staff is easy to work with and communicated any issue either on there side or if there was an area of the lawn that needed a bit more attention.
