Campbell Roofing replaced the hail-damaged roof on our home last month. This company deserves 10 stars for their professionalism and straight-up honesty. We chose Decca (a fireproof stone-coated steel that looks like tile) which is NOT easy to install correctly, especially with the gables and angles involved. We got estimates from several roofing companies. Campbell gave us the most thorough inspection, including the root cause for the leak that led to the need to replace the roof. Josh, their sales rep took detailed photos of the damage and poor prior install (sealant shortcuts by the prior roofers). He took time, and paid careful attention to our questions and gave back clear answers. He told us what all other roofing options were and the estimated costs for each. There was no pressure

The whole process was smooth and as painless as possible thanks to the entire team at Campbell Roofing! From the first visit from Josh, to scheduling and last minute changes with Hollie, to the install with Don and crew and final payment with the owner Blake - it couldn’t have gone better! Campbell re-did our roof and replaced gutters following hail damage. Josh handled the bid and documented everything to the satisfaction of the insurance company. Hollie got supplies lined up and scheduled the work for our time frame. Patrick supervised the work and Kerrick helped us with various details before, during, and after the work (including ensuring a good clean up). The work was done 6 months ago and, in that time, the weather has tested the roof with serious rain and a heavy snow. I want to recommend and tell everyone what a great experience I had with Campbell Roofing Inc!!! Holly, Josh, Kerric, Don, and Blake were awesome to work with. They kept me informed every step and supervised installation. They made sure my yard was clean. If you want your roof done right, call Campbell Roofing!!!

Be sure to check around with other roofers and you will likely go elsewhere. Campbell Roofing was prompt to respond to our request for an estimate. The salesperson was nice and seemed professional but later we found out some of what he represented did not come true. Although they said they could get to us in a month or so, it took several months. The company is owned by Blake (who purchased the company a few years ago) and his brother. Blake is basically the office guy. We were told his brother was very experienced in roofing and would be at our home when the roof was replaced. Well, he did stop by but spent very little time.
