From start to finish, everything was great. Chuck was perfect with measurements and quote was easy to understand. Marty and Gary did an awesome job of preparing the floor and the install. House looks amazing.

If you are considering this business for your flooring needs please beware that they will not accept exchanges and have very poor "after the sale" customer service. The reason for denying the exchange was that it was a special order and "there was no way they could resell it." Well, the special order was easily obtained elsewhere for 18% less, $65 versus Campbell's $80!! I did not ask for a refund, but an "exchange." The receptionist simply shut down any discussion. When I asked for the name of the owner I was told I could not have it and the person hung up on me. A business should never hang up on a customer. Great people to work with, very qualified, and on time.

Horrific experience. Thousands of dollars in damage from incompetent installers. Had to hire another contractor because Campbell's makes their installers provide all sundry items like carpet tack, and staples thus they do the bare minimum. Our stairway carpet came apart and we had substantial damage from installers not using the correct tools. Had to hire others to fix the workmanship and repair the damages.

I purchased wood flooring and had it installed. They did a fabulous job!!
