If I could give no stars I would. I don't know what was in that spray your worker used,but I know it didn't work. All I know is the tall large bearded man came in my apartment and didn't want to spray in any problem areas at all. I had to make him. To have a contract with Remnant Properties and not be affective is a rip-off. Horrible service with digust

We are purchasing our first house and our realtor recommended Canady's. They were early and finished with the inspection before I even arrived. They identified a termite problem and told us their honest opinion. Overall, they were very professional and the office staff was polite and punctual with responding to our emails in a timely manner. I highly recommend this company and we plan to use them for the treatment of our home after closing. Support your local businesses and give them a try if you want a personable experience.
