We live in kenly and our power bill was huge. Anthony came and checked everything and found the leak and repaired it. We see the difference in the bill. Anthony is excellent and the rep who handled the appointment is Shaina and she's is terrific. We are very happy with there service and their pleasant attitudes. I will be signing up with their service contract. Carolina air repair is 5 stars plus.

We own an older home and our HVAC system was at the end of its usable life. After getting estimates from several local companies we went with Carolina Air Repair. We knew we wanted a heat pump. Terry spent a significant amount of time with us going over the options. He provided us quotes from 3 different manufacturers. The other companies did not. The price was significantly less than the competitors. Julien and his crew were prompt, professional and diligent in completing the work. This was a significant investment for us. I highly recommend this company.

I recently, January 6th, found out I needed my HVac System replaced for the Unit I rent from Woodard Property Mgt. Thanks and appreciation to Woodard Property Mgt, who approved the purchase of the new HVac System, and to Carolina Air Repair who installed the new HVac System and a special thank you to their workers Halie Williams, Installation Coordinator Terry Kenneer, Comfort Consultant; Tanner Mentz, Service Tech-who initially examined my HVac; CJ Beasley and Julian Teixeira the Installation Mechanics who installed the HVac System on January 16th. The heat in my Unit is now fantastic as well as the AC which were both tested after the Installation. Our heat went out late on a Friday evening my landlord called Carolina Air on Saturday they managed to squeeze us in the same day. Our technician Mario came and quickly figured out the issue. He explained to us what he did and what he would be coming back to do but before he left our heat was up and running! Mario was awesome he came in and saved the day he had the best personality and a great attitude definitely a 10/10 in my book!!!
