I worked with Gavin and his team at Canal Flooring outlet on carpeting for our family home. This past week they did carpeting in 4 rooms. My needs were unreasonable -- they had like a 10 day window to get it all done -- but they exceeded my expectations every step of the way! For starters, Gavin was brilliant in figuring everything out. The plans and estimates were spot on, which paved the way for a successful installation. Their install crew did all of the installation for me and the people were GREAT! From helping schedule this, they bent over backwards to make things happen, and even proactively phoned me to avoid issues. The workers who came were great, and did a fantastic job, truly! Josh did a good job selling us the carpet and worked well with us on pricing. However, it went all downhill from there. The owner is rude, didn't want to fix the mistakes his installers made. We picked a pattern and at no point did they tell us they didn't have qualified installers to do the pattern. They told us it would take two days, one to tear out and one to install. SIX WEEKS later we were still dealing w/ the mess. The installers were told we just painted the walls and to be careful. They put greasy hands all over the walls and they had to be repainted. Which Josh did refund us the money to paint. Nightmare! They sent another set of installers to put a solid color carpet because they couldn't do the seams correctly. We needed the carpet replaced on our stairwells, and I started looking at budget places close to home.... all of them required a due-to-COVID appointment, and I got frustrated. Then a friend told me about Canal Flooring Outlet, and I was able to easily go in to see their wide selection of affordable carpet choices, purchase, and schedule installation all the same day. Within less than a week, we had gorgeous new carpet! Installers arrived as scheduled, kept the place clean, and were in and out within a couple hours. We love it and our cat does, too!

Amazing!!!! Sales team took time to show us everything we wanted and never pushed anything on us. The owner even came out to ensure we were finding and getting all the information we needed. Very quick service and turn around time to setup installation. The team that came to install the flooring was hands down the kindest and FASTEST team ever. The owner personally came out to ensure the install was going as planned and that we were happy. The BEST experience we could ask for from start to finish.
