When the tables turned and I needed help cleaning the carpets in my home before closing, I gave Anthony a call at the very last minute (literally the day before), and he didn’t hesitate to step up. He made it happen without a single complaint, and the results were absolutely amazing — spotless carpets, quick turnaround, and unbeatable professionalism. I had a bathroom remodel new floor and tile shower. Also hardwood floors in my bedroom. The experience from start to finish was excellent. My bathroom looks so beautiful and also they matched my hardwood to what was in my hallway. The installer was very professional and they finished the job in no time at all. I will rate this place a ten and I will always give them my business.

I cannot believe how poorly I was just treated. I sent an email to Canandaigua Carpets explaining the situation. They called me today. The man on the phone insisted that the floor was water proof. I reiterated what happened. I explained that the plumbers were here twice, had water mitigation remove the floor, that insurance was just here, etc. He argued that I was wrong and the floor was water proof. This man said that if I wanted to screw over my insurance, then I could file a claim. I explained that I wasn't out to screw my insurance, and that this is what all the professionals had said to me. He then said, "ok sure. Then I guess we can replace your floor." I told him not after the way he just spoke to me. Incredibly unprofessional and disrespectful. I don't recommend them at all.

We recently had flooring installed by Canandaigua Carpets. We are so happy with results. Great product, great service, great price. On top of that we had a "Great installer". His name was Ben. Recommend them highly!!
