If I can give zero stars I would. I’m a kitchen dealer and I’ve been dealing with Candlelight Cabinetry since 2008 it was a great, beautiful line UNTIL THE NEW OWNER took over. He destroyed it! I have money locked up with them. I kept hearing “the doors are on back order” or “we don’t have a ship date yet” Same old story for months. Then I was told the cabinets are ready but I need to send a truck there for $3k and they claim will reimburse me. I told the owner and employees to take photos of the orders before I dispatch a truck and send them to me because at this point I don’t trust them. They couldn’t do it and I got excuse after excuse. Some orders were never even placed after I confirmed it, signed off on the jobs and gave my deposits so the orders to go into production. My poor c

We ordered cabinets in September for a new build and were told 8-10 weeks which was perfect for our project. We had an anticipated arrival of 12/15. We had zero change about that from the company until the week of. Since then we have been told, they were coming "next week" for the last several weeks. We finally had enough and said what is going on as we were under the impression that they were complete. We just found out this week that our cabinets are in fact not done. They do not know when they will be done. Their "best guess" is February. We had heard great things in the past and tried staying local instead of a big box store. But they have been giving our local building supply the run around and now we are all scrambling as this is going to delay our project by several months. Truly d

This company used to provide a quality product. Now, I am going to warn everyone do NOT give them your money. They are taking deposits and money and not providing product They took a deposit from our company. When we try to cancel, the owner lied and said the material has been purchased. When asked to provide proof of purchase, there is nothing but passive aggressive insults from him. This man has stolen from us and refuses to refund the money. Week after week he has given us excuses on why we do not have the money back and fails to provide any evidence or proof our project has even started. When speaking to customer service, they have stated they do not know anything about material being purchase or our project in production. They even said "maybe he knows something we do not". W

Quality after 60 days is very concerning. The finish chips very easily. I have 4 doors that arrived damaged and still waiting on the factory to send new doors. I would look for another brand given the challenges this company has with quality and service.

The majority of my new cabinets have flaws in the finish, doors with large gaps, and other various imperfections. I've called and emailed multiple times, and the answer I get is that they don't deal directly with homeowners. My contractor says he's unable to fix the cabinets and every time he orders something, they send the wrong thing. I've never dealt with a business so disinterested in customer service.
