If you are in need of anything HVAC I wouldn’t bother calling this company. The owner seemed nice but when time came for him and his employees to do the work all I heard was the owner yelling and berating his employees while they were up in the attic working. It really hit a nerve I should have fired him on the spot but I already paid him in full and was worried I wouldn’t get my money back. Needless to say the work was completed and my air conditioner works properly but I’ve already signed up for annual maintenance with another company in the area because I refuse to give my money to someone who speaks and treats his employees that way

I had an EXCELLENT experience with Candlewood Valley Heating & Air Conditioning. I interacted with JR who was very patient with me, explaining all my options in detail relating to replacing our boiler and hot water tank. When I decided on an option he was able to schedule the work very quickly and completed the work while I was out of town for a couple of days. The work itself was of very high quality and JR kept me informed throughout the process. I highly recommend them because they are responsive and take pride in the quality of their work. Candlewood Valley Heating and Air Conditioning have been our go for the last several years. They installed heat pumps in our bedrooms, which work beautifully. They repaired our gas furnace as the old one cracked, and two weeks after that our oil furnace decided to cause problems, which they took care of in a timely manner. They are dependable, reasonable, local and we highly recommend them.

Our 30 year old Carrier AC started making strange noises and was ready to quit. Got quotes from several suppliers and Candlewood Valley quoted on a Goodman and a Carrier system. JR from Candlewood was very responsive and got the quotes to us quickly. We choose the Goodman, and literally 3 hours after we told Candlewood that they had the job, the existing Carrier unit quit. Called Candlewood to see when they could install the new unit and told them of the Carrier failure. Since it would take about a week or longer to get all of tha new equipment, and since we anticipated a heat wave over the next Bill from Candlewood came the next day to try to get the oil unit running. He was successful so we didn't have to suffer through the heat wave. New unit was installed about a week later, an

We had to replace our furnace and air conditioner. They gave us a free quote, and were able to get the job done without issue. They were careful to put down drop cloths and removed all the trash, including the old units. Friendly people! A+++++
