Blake did an awesome job on our repair. The diagnostic was thorough and quick, and the pricing was very fair. I appreciate all his help and will use Cannon Appliance Repair again!

My dishwasher wasn't draining so I called Cannon repair to see about getting service done for the appliance. Instead of just immediately accepting the job, the gentleman on the phone took some time to troubleshoot the issue with me. Turns out, when I installed my new garbage disposal last night, I didn't pop out the drain plug for the dishwasher. He was able to talk me through a simple process instead of coming out and charging me. This is the level of customer service we are all looking for when searching for help, so thank you very much. Will be using them in the future for anything that's needs repair that I can't do myself.

We called Cannon Appliance on a Sunday morning because our dryer stopped working, and within a few hours Blake was at our house working on fixing it. We needed a part that he didn’t have on hand, but left to go get it and quickly returned with it. He had our dryer fixed in no time! He was professional, quick, and honest! Def. Recommend!

I found our Technician Blake, through Mr Fix It and man was he great. Blake was able to diagnose the problem with our washer in less than 30 minutes and went out of his way to get the problem resolved despite the additional effort that it required. Blake was very transparent with the costs associated with the repair and I would definitely recommend him to anyone else. Our washer has been working great since!
