Derek did my initial inspection and held my hand while dealing with the insurance company even when my insurance agent was not very helpful and drove us in circles. I have a hectic work schedule and he took over for me and met with the insurance adjuster and dealt with all the paperwork either for me or with me. Derek was in touch with me through the whole 2 months it took to get thru the insurance process and get all their paperwork handled over the Christmas and New Years holidays. Derek and CG Roofing Solutions did an awesome job replacing our roof. This was our first time having to replace a roof and we didn't know what to expect nor how to get the claim started. Derek walked us through every step beginning with the inspection, told us what to expect, and answered all our 100 questions. We were pleasantly surprised how smooth and fast it went with no hiccups. The crew arrived at the exact time they said they would, were very respectful and did a great job cleaning up our yard including our neighbors yard due to the wind blowing stuff their way. CG Roofing was amazing through the whole process. They walked us through every step like dealing with insurance and letting us know what exactly needed to be done. Derek Shaw was great to work with and really helped understand the process. He really was on point keeping us updated on everything and was always there to answer any question I had. The whole team did an amazing job with the roof. They came super early and got it done in a timely manner. They got done so late they even came back the next day to make sure they didnt miss anything. We are very pleased with our new roof it looks amazing. Couldn’t be happier with the quality of the work I received from Eric and his crews at CG roofing. From first contact to final inspection, every step of the process was done professionally. They even helped me understand my insurance claim, and Eric made sure he was at the house when the adjuster came out to do his inspection. He also managed the subcontracts for some inside painting/sheetrock repairs. I will certainly use them again in 30 years when my roof wears out… or the next hurricane. They also made sure to completely clean the surrounding property after they completed the install so that my kids and dog wouldn’t have to worry about where they stepped in the yard.
