On the recommendation of a kind employee at Crowder Bros, I went to Cannon's with some specific questions about a DIY appliance repair. The staff there was beyond friendly and incredibly helpful. They took at least 15 minutes helping me. I did not end up purchasing anything, but left armed with the knowledge and confidence to repair my appliance. The repair was as easy as they told me it would be, and was successful. I will go back to Cannon's with any appliance needs. They are the real deal--friendly and helpful Floridians. I love Cannon's and I love Florida!

Wow! I just experienced the best appliance service call I’ve had in YEARS!! “Barry”, from Cannons Appliance Service… is absolutely the best ever! He was on time in his given range, he was clean, courteous, respectful of my home, and never stopped a beat in working until the job was done. Went into cannons looking for a fill valve for my ice maker on my refrigerator Rick was there he was the technician and he acted like it was a real imposition to help me in any way. I went home and did get the correct model number and called three times and they promised that Rick would call me back, Rick never bothered to call me back I guess service and selling parts is not that important to the supposed appliance repair company. I told Rick I would add to my review Rick didn't call me back and assured me that there were no replacement parts for the refrigerator that I have which I had already found out period he also told me that he never got any of the messages that I left which was not his fault but that in the office personnel he did do his best to help me when he called back but he

Cannons Appliances sent out a Technician to repair our refrigerator as it wasn’t making ice. “Robert” was awesome and had a professional but great attitude while he was here . Was finished in a timely manner. Highly recommended is Cannon Appliances. Again, thank you Robert 💯👍

We had a warranty call arranged by LG for our fridge/freezer. They use local appliance repair techs. Cannon's was the company that took this call. After they took the call, they texted a repair ticket number, and set a date almost a month wait. I understand companies are busy, but that's a long wait for a freezer gasket replacement. After waiting, the tech (Hoffman) finally came. Communication was great, they gave us a 30 minute heads up. Even the tech (Hoffman) texted saying he was on the way. When he arrived, he came in the house, saw that it was the gasket that needed replacing, and then told us it wasn't a warranty call, and that we needed to pay him $98 and he would replace it.
