Cantrell's Heat & Air

Cantrells is family owned and very honest. I had a bad experience with another company who said my unit needed to be replaced. Cantrells comes out and tells me the unit had normal wear and tear but operating just fine. I will use Cantrells going forward. Very nice and very honest

Cantrell’s Heat and Air is who I have used for the better part of my adult life. I had an issue with my heater both upstairs and downstairs. I called them on Thursday morning and they had someone out before lunchtime. Tim was the professional who came out to help. He had been out here in the past and had done great work for us in the past. He even recognized me and was familiar with my house.He had the problem, diagnosed and solved in no time. They had my downstairs unit working in less than 20 minutes.They had to order some new parts for my upstairs unit that took a few days to come in, but Tim was out here one day sooner than he thought it would take. Tim sought to find some cost savings and was able to do so. Had my upstairs unit fixed and purring like a kitten. I cannot be happier with

I have used Cantrell's Heat & Air for more than 20 Years. I recently had an issue with my HVAC unit during the snow, sleet, and frozen rain we encountered a little over a week ago. I spoke with Jeff, who told me exactly what I needed to do until he could come out the very next day. He took the time to explain the problem, the solution, and answer any questions I might have. I have always found their staff to be responsive, experienced, knowledgeable, professional, and courteous. They have never steered me wrong!

I have used Cantrell's for a long time. They are punctual, friendly, and efficient. During the recent maintenance visit, he also pulled out my electrostatic filter system and cleaned it because it was very dirty and may not be working as it should. I had been cleaning the filter only. If I ever knew to clean the entire system, I forgot. Now I know. They are great.
