We had Mason out today 9/23/24! He’s such a great person! Not only that, he did absolutely amazing on our carpet and our tile! It smells so good in here. I have 3 little dogs, 2 being senior dogs. They have started making messes and we were worried some stains may not come out. I’m pretty sure he got them all out and then some lol! The tile grout had started getting bad as it hadn’t been cleaned in about 4 years or so. It looks brand new again. My 8 year olds carpet had a red spot where she dumped make up and I didn’t expect him to get it all, but he got about 80% or so of it out too! It looks so much better. I just wish I had grabbed before and after pics to show just how much of a difference it is. So if anyone is looking to get their carpet or tile cleaned, that’s your guy! Very reasona

For the last seven years, my husband and I have never used anyone else. Mason and his family do a phenomenal job, and they're fast without rushing through it just to get it done. We've moved from two different apartments, had him do both of those, just had him do a room for me around Christmas after my roommates moved out, and he just did my grandmother's house as we're trying to sell it after her passing. The Sargents are wonderful, empathetic people who do a better job than any big name company you'll ever hire, and they do it for a fair price. Do it right the first time and call Canyon Dry Carpet. Better to only have to pay once for it to be done correctly than pay double because the big name companies just want to get to the next customer.
